Yen-Chih received the B.S. degree from National Tsing Hua University, Hsin Chu, Taiwan in 2010. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at National Tsing Hua University. Yen-Chih loves Gundam Modeling and playing badminton in his spare time. His current research focuses on “3D-IC CMOS sensor.”
