Sung-En receives his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2014 and 2018 respectively. He has special interest on low power and low voltage successive-approximation register (SAR) AD converter, digital circuit optimization, and Time-to-digital converter design for oximeter application.
