Wei-Lin Chen received the B.S. and the M.S. degree from National Tsing Hua University, HsinChu, Taiwan in 2001 and 2003, both in Electrical engineering. He also received the Ph.D. Degree from National Tsing Hua University, in 2013 also in Electrical engineering. His Ph.D. research focused on “Sigma-Delta ADC design algorithm.”
