Kuo-Wei graduated from National Taichung First senior high school in 2005, and received the B.S. and the M.S. degree from National Tsing Hua University, HsinChu, Taiwan in 2009 and 2012, both in electrical engineering. His Master research focused on “CMOS sensor ROIC.”
